Admission Policy
Only jewelry store owners, their immediate family, jewelry store or jewelry department managers and buyers
will be admitted. Membership in the OJA or a JA affiliate satisfies our entry requirements. Those persons not
belonging to the OJA or a JA affiliate will be required to present ALL of the following:

  1. Driver’s license.
  2. Positive business identification, i.e. checks, invoices, JBT listing, photo of jewelry store, or business
    lease agreement (jewelry store department personnel need documented authorization from store
    management) for EACH employee.
  3. Invoices evidencing purchases from jewelry suppliers of more than $10,000. within the last 12 months.
  4. Photocopy of vendor’s license.
  5. Employers MAY NOT vouch for another person’s employment.

The Columbus Jewelry Show is a private show. The management of the Columbus Jewelry Show and the
Ohio Jewelers Association reserves the right to refuse admission to the Columbus Jewelry Show to any
person(s), including, but not limited to, any person(s) who does not comply with the Columbus Jewelry
Show Admission Policy.
